Each bag is made with care in Spain and crafted to order, ensuring the highest level of attention to detail.

Estimated Delivery Time: 4–8 weeks
Once your order is placed, you'll receive a confirmation email. As soon as your bag is ready to ship, we’ll send you a tracking number so you can follow its journey to your doorstep.

We appreciate your patience—exceptional things are worth the wait.

Returns

We hope you absolutely love your bag—but if it’s not quite right, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• The bag must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging and tags intact.

• You must initiate the return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To start a return, please email our team at stylebywale@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the next steps.

Please note:

• Return shipping is at the buyer’s expense.

• We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot accept responsibility for lost returns.

• Once approved and received, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
